Strange one that. After all, "recruitment" isn't exactly rocket science. You only need the bare minimum of RL knowledge to recognise whether a player is good or not, and I find it quite "unbelievable" that someone who has played and coached RL professionally has "no idea" about reruitment. |

Fuzzy, ever thought it might be the way he 'sells' himself as coach, Sure he can spot class players,however were there not rumblings previously that it was his way or the highway? Players know fax is a sound club, but if the coach is not open to new ideas or letting players speak/interpret his words on the field and given a little freedom to 'do their thing' then teams soon get found out !

Top goalkicker,mediocre centre means he is worth it just, for me. It is not easy to get a high % kicker in the positions that you wish to strengthen,let's see what else we get,I am waiting to be excited!!!

I suppose when you look at the standard of goal kicking displayed in the play offs by SL clubs he has to be worth his place. We do however need some excitement in the backs department . I don't know if I am up for watching Muzza trundling around with his stomach for another year . I started watching Halifax because of the likes of Joe Kilroy and Greg Austion but I haven't had much to be excited about for a few years now . Connor McGrath could be quite good but doesn't get to play . Oh for Qlt back just want some spark, no season ticket for me until there is someone signed with flare . ( and I know there isn't many around .. We might have to raid a Samoan Island for some young fast lads. To start their careers . ) it does feel very quiet from the club currently they need to be working hard now in close season pushing the club upwards
