Obviously, supporters of other Championship clubs would have preferred their team to get into the top four. I would much rather Leigh had been there - but I think we Leythers have a close affinity with Halifax (and Featherstone - sorry! ) and would always support you in the coming competition, especially before a North American team, a European one, and a Southern one. It's a no-brainer, isn't it?!

There's been a lot of talk amongst Leythers, about that goal kick at Blackpool, and other 'unfortunate' decisions, but we have all conveniently forgotten how we nicked both points off you at LSV, when we probably only deserved one.

I've fond memories of talking my mrs to her first game at yours when you played wigan in the Challenge cup when Lydon fluke a drop goal from the half way line, it was one hell of a day bitter cold but it didn't put her off the game and me too for taking her there.
