Leeds will have a new coach selecting the team and DR players from now on as McDermott has gone this morning.

I think it has changed this year section C1:2:22 (f) of the operational rules states:
“The Player is not restricted to playing in one fixture per scheduled round of fixtures in any given week”

There's a scene in the fabulous movie "The Sting" where Robert Shaw's character (Doyle Lonnegan) is being urged by his henchman not to let Henry Gondorff (Paul Newman) to get away with outwitting him in a card game, and Lonnegan replies "What was I supposed to do, call him for cheating better than me?"

That's what this post reminds me of. You either use DR, or you don't. You can't start calling out other teams for using it more, or better, than you do.

Yes probably very true. Leeds have used Fev as a reserve team at times under the guise of DR, the reason why I dislike DR, I’d get rid tomorrow as I don’t feel itt is benefitting the Championship clubs in the long term.
