This whole DR Loan thing really takes some keeping track of doesn’t it
He’s a Halifax lad, but doesn’t play for us when we play Toronto, so would assume he is not on our books just yet. Rowley and Powell both have a hold over Richard i do not like, although i very much admire Richards professionalism here.
I’m surprised Daryl Powel hasn’t put a clause in that he will only give us decent players as long as we finish below Fev, but then again he can just recall players stick them in the stands and do us over that way, or unsettle the squad by paying them a hundred quid more than us for someone to carry water on tv for them.
Out of all the forwards we have ‘borrowed’ Maher and Fleming are in my eyes keepers, the SL clubs can come and buy them anytime, but Fax and them both would have a bit more stability and security. Toronto will be SL so include them in this.
Realistically this season could be our last chance for some time to play against SL sides, hence my concern Richard is not getting a fair crack at it.

It is. Surely Cas have said he was available for us this weekend. Or (sorry for starting my sentence with a conective) do we have to name them in the squad ( before a certain dead line?)so they can play for us whether they may or may not be available. It s all fffd up. On loan, can play with us not against us, new signing but leaving next week. a season loan but we will have them
Back when we want. It all needs scrapping. Every club should have a first team and a reserve and if they can and under 19 squad.

Enjoyed watching the cars game . Cars seemed initially not to want to pas the ball to the right ie qlts waybut eventually learned what he can do . A very gutsy performance by Cas we will need the same level of commitment tomorrow. Their young fullback looked good runs the right lines better than Trueman . Get over the injuries and I think Cas will be back up there.

I don't think he'd've played enough games to qualify, whatever his contract says. There are rules about the Super Eights - whether you're in the middle or bottom eight.

Looking at last night's game, though, I'm not sure he'll be doing a lot of dual regging this season. He had a great game.
