Expansion is one thing but the RFL's primary responsibility is for rugby league in Britain.
Canada, the USA or similar World development of rugby league is not part of their remit and should be addressed by their own governing bodies if they have one.

The RFL is beyond defending or reason. They should be promoting and governing the game and in my opinion are doing exactly the opposite. Shame on them.

I may be a little off subject;
If there is a salary cap for players who put their bodies at risk when they play, surely Mr Wood on his reported salary of over £300,000 should also be capped. A Maximum of £100,000 springs to mind.
