I'm not saying loan and DR are the same. What I am saying is if there are players made available to us by Salford that are better players than we have we should be picking them every week. We may not get the same players every week but we are guarenteed to get a player who is training full time and therefore have better fitness levels than any player in our squad.

Try of the season so far from Rob and Brandon went well at interchange hooker vindicating the decision to play them over DR.Both have a game under belts now for busy easter,was a no brainer to play them.Lannon as sole DR totally ineffective again.

We missed Wilkinson yesterday who gives us more go forward than Kaye. I thought Worrincey was poor apart from his try he only had to bend is back to score one before that. Also Heaton was poor I prefer woodburn hall as he seems to pass and create more

Know you're a fan of Wilkinson(or a relation!)but Brandon was equally as good as him yesterday.

For his first game back after such a long layoff, I thought he played very well

I watched a different game if Heaton was poor. As has been said I thought Moore was very good and if we can have Evalds and get Obrien in for Bradford then we are looking pretty solid.

Not criticiseing Moore but what does kaye offer in attack ?

Is Obrien fit ? Heaton threw a pass miles behind him which was lucky it did not result in a try did not think he offered much

Other than that Im not sure he did anything wrong and created a try down that side. The big thing is his defence, our right side has been very poor all season with Murrell, Woodburn Hall, and Saltonstall conceding more trys by far than any other part of our defence. That happens less when Heaton is in the team.

Just shows how we see different things. I put Heaton in my top three. Top defence and always got us going forward. Ok he is not the complete centre but name one in the Championship. Could perhaps free his winger more but i would have him in my selection every week. We still need to work on a better end to sets near opponents line as we just struggle to force back to back sets or make openings. Every team seems to pass sharper than we do. Too many passes up around shoulders not bringing the runner onto the ball. Generally a steady days work though. Tougher times ahead.
