Started in 2009, one club goes bust in 2012 which makes things easy, by 2015, we've got a new system. We hardly gave it much of a trial, did we ?
That's one of the problems with the game, we decide something, decide it's carp and change it at the next meeting. All the RFL (and by that I mean the clubs) are proving is that they don't know what they're doing.
