| Good news indeed. RM has been a breath of fresh air to our club and although still learning and making the odd mistake, chopping and changing the team/playing Jonno in the wrong position, I believe that he's got us on track to get us where we want to be. Continuity is a big thing and hopefully it will pay dividends next season. Up The Fax.  |

| Fantastic news. Yes he's made mistakes but on the whole he's been a breath of fresh air and done an excellent job. Imagine he feels he's got something to prove again after this year's result, and his commitment brings some continued stability to the club. All about small but rapid steps to improve, rather than giant but ultimately unsustainable leaps. Think this'll really help recruitment efforts, he's just got to get the right players in this time

Was going to say there must be something good behind the scenes that he is happy with. I bet he hasn't been short of offers. Great consistency and a good up and coming coach showing commitment. All good. Now get recruiting for that top four next season. A bit of pace to work off Tanga's hit ups and Gaz Moores passing skills will be great
