Indeed. Adblock is showing a massive 46 ads blocked on this page for me. Advertising is a valid means of providing revenue for sites providing us with a service such as this one, but where they start to overpower things then it does drive us all to look at ways of de-cluttering.
Even with Adblock, I still have a few ads on show here, but they're not intrusive and it's a choice for me whether I click through on them.
