After the previous draws with the cock-up with the numbers and photographic evidence being produced, who knows whether its deliberate. I'm inclined to think though that the RFL are in no way corrupt, but give the impression of corruption because of there incompetence.
Does anyone really think that they would be able to organise and orchestrate the draws when they can't even check the team sheets to see whether players are eligible to play in a competition?
