Some directions to the ground from the Underground and a few pubs mentioned on the web in info I've found.
[i]"The nearest London Underground station is Canons Park which is on the Jubilee Line. It is around a ten minute walk away from the stadium. As you come out of the station turn left and at a convenient point crossover to the other side of the road. You will come to some metal railings where there is an entrance to some playing fields which you can walk through to the ground.
The nearest pub is Moranos on Station Road, only a short walk from Canons Park Underground Station (come out of the station, turn right and it is in the row of shops further down on the right). This Irish themed wine bar is quite comfortable and has a number of large screens showing the early kick off on BT Sport. It is then only around a 10 minute walk to the away turnstiles, cutting through the playing fields.
Quite close to Kingsbury Tube Station there is a Wetherspoons pub called JJ Moons (which will be familiar to many who have travelled to Wembley Stadium which is not far away). If travelling on the Jubilee Line from Central London, then Kingsbury is only two stops before Canons Park. The address of the pub is 553 Kingsbury Road. Simply turn left out of the station and the pub is down on the left.
An alternative may be to park at Stanmore, where there are more pubs to be found including a Wetherspoons outlet called 'The Man in the Moon' on Buckingham Parade. You can then get the tube from Stanmore to go one stop to Canons Park."

Spoons in Kingsbury anyone - we stood outside a pub there in '87 and the team coach came past on the way to Wemberleee. Or maybe we could try the Moranos pub near the tube station nearer the ground.
We decided on the Fun Bus on the way home last night to go to Spoons in Stanmore as it's only one stop from Canon Park and the Irish 'Wine Bar' does sound a little odd. We can then look at other pubs in Stanmore if anyone wants a change from Spoons.
We'll aim to get there before lunchtime for a couple of Shandy's.
If anyone wants a ticket discount of 20% off then order your tickets online at www.londonbroncosrl.com/ and enter EARLYBIRD-HALIFAX to get the reduction. We have booked West Stand F row O - it was the first block at £20 which then costs £16 with the discount.

Just a thought is the supporters coach heading for Stanmore then?
