Not really a large amount and probably a lot less than some SL clubs owe. Just another problem arrived from the fallout with flip flop and Poskitt. There's tonnes of stuff that those two were supposed to have paid and haven't. Good job we got out when we did. No doubt this bill would have been paid on time if it weren't for the other stuff the club knew nowt about.

I guess it highlights the problems behind the scenes if someone who is tasked with bringing sponsorship to the club is also the person who they expect to pay the bills.

Think the CEO's job was to do more than bring sponsorship in. We have Paul Taylor for that job and he's good at it. There were deals that Poskitt made that the club never paid for, all became apparent when they let the club. The "Free" coaches along with the "free" flags that Flip Flop laid on for the Leigh cup game is just on example of an unpaid Bill.

Whilst I sympathise with clubs who are struggling financially I don't like sports clubs not paying their tax bills as whilst I am no fan of the taxman its money that we all have to pay without any choice I pay through my wages and have done since I was 16.
So bottom line is they are just doing their job and Fev should have paid them before now end of story, sounds like you are getting it sorted so good but its money Fev have used to pay for players and stuff which meant they beat us to 2nd and got that £200K.
