For the record John I can tell you that I would have no problem telling people what I think, manning up I think was the phrase you used. There's a line and I wouldn't cross it.

The reality is with support of around 1000 to 1500 and the BOD and main financial backer being slagged off when things don't work out and contemplating walking away we won't have the money to do anything.

The reality is we won't be attracting any new interested parties that are better than what we have now, coaching, backers or otherwise and should we be surprised. No.

Who is responsible, everybody in one way or another, the club is fast becoming divided against itself.

The reality is we are being left behind by our nearest rivals in our division and we won't have a cat in hells chance in a league based play off against them and the clubs from Super League.

That's what's next unless by some miracle "the club" and that means everybody can turn it around.

I always thought that Rugby Clubs were open and transparent
that Directors directed.
that Coaches coached
that Players played
that Scoring was the aim ( I always find it very enjoyable )
and that Supporters supported.

Now I find that Directors stick their heads in the sand
Coaches "devise a game plan" and stick to it no matter how it is working out.
Players stick to the game plan (unless they lose in which case they havent)
Building Pressure is better than attempting to score
Defence wins matches ( I thought that scoring points won matches)
and Supporters are taken for mugs ( The more loyal, the bigger the mugs )

Krusty, if you want to come on another clubs forum and make a worthwhile contribution, all well and good. At the moment I'd say you seriously need to up your game. Have a few weeks off on the coast and think of some new material or the odd punch line and we'll see how you get on.

Thanks for the offer Krusty, but I'll pass on that thanks. The thought of leaving work early, tackling the M62 and watch us getting beaten up on the park really doesn't grab me. Anyhow I think I'd be seriously out of my depth once the banter started flying about between you and the other Fax lads.

You'd like to think Karl is hurting, but is that the point? KH has had plenty of time and (in my opinion) made a right balls of it. To be fair he's in good company, for some time now you can count on 1 hand the number of things they've got right down there. The same people doing the same things with the same results. Oh and before any of the 'club' within the club pipe up, we've heard it all before.

My hope would be that the BOD have already called an emergency meeting to discuss playing matters. Everything else should be put on hold. The current situation is unacceptable and people need to be held to account and if necessary moved on.

The fans deserve to know where the BOD stand, back him or sack him.
