Reactiv Media is the majority shareholder at Halifax RLFC. Halifax RLFC owe tens of thousands of pounds in rent.

Reactive Media are trying to purchase the Shay.

So I think the connection and the stink is pretty clear - especially when this so called purchase, includes what will be in effect a write off of the rent debt.

The Fax lot are just arrogant, thick planks of wood.

But we need not worry as non of this will come off. The only thing to report will be lost council seats, council officers forced to quit in disgrace and Mr Abbott known for ever as the man who tried to steel the Shay and rob the local tax payer blind.



Are Reactiv Media the club's major shareholder? I thought that they were just our main sponsor myself.

Essentially Reactiv Media are a shareholder in a Halifax RLFC. When TA brought shares it was reported he did so through his company.

I don't know if he is the sole shareholder in Reactiv media and it's not my place to speculate.

Surely the sale could also include transfer if debt to the new owners. In this case uncollected rent. Wouldn't be too unusual I don't think?

And how many councillors will lose seats over this? All because 1500 football fans opt not to vote for them. This isn't like when charlton athletic supporters ran for the council so they could get the funding to re build the valley. Likewise the rugby fans could have no influence over a councillors seat, unless we all lived in the same ward or something

Just taken a look at their site now and the stuff they have recently put on about the Calderdale Cabinet is nothing short of a disgrace the Bubberites have certainly gone to new unsavoury lows, I would think some of it is slanderous.
