Some of these posts just beggar belief and I wonder if the genuine Halifax fans (of both sports clubs) are sat here thinking the same as me? Are people so daft that they want to bite the hand that feeds them?
There is no doubt in my mind that Tony Abbot and others will have put their hands in their pockets at least this season due to the disastrous cashflow actual v forecast, due to results on the pitch and the fact we kept playing Sheffield in various comps when we needed a big club for payday time , as well as getting knocked out of NRC!!!!
Also new signings don't just come for nothing!
I see another Tony Gartland scenario here if we aren't careful if these idiots start abusing/slandering Tony Abbot on forums and worse still his family etc and then the debate will be around where we are playing donky poop rubbish level Rugby League & Football because it won't be the Shay, as neither club will be able to afford to pay the rent etc-whoever owns it!!!!!
