That's had a whole host of problems over the past few years, since Ken Davey moved the Football clubs shares into his own company for £1 a few years ago, and only recently sold them back, making a 100% profit in the process.

If shared ownership is an option, I take it the football club will be proposing this shortly, with the finance in place to make it a possibility?

Another pill-ock of a football fan on here, trying to cause problems. Get it in to your thick head The Shay does not belong to you or your Football club. You threw that chance away and are just squatters/tenants like us. The Shay is not a community asset - very few- less than 5% of the Calderdale Population regularly visit it. The Shay is a stadium that will never reach its potential while under Calderdale Council control. One day the Council will sell it whether it be tomorrow, next year or some time in the distant future. Whether Tony Abbott is the right person I dont know but then neither do you. We get that a large number of pathetic football scroats dont like Fax or Tony Abbott. But why do you lot feel the need to abuse the bloke and ruin his reputation here, on your forum and in the general public domain? Such pathetic actions make you all look stupid. Its a poor do when somebody like Tony Abbott is subjected to such disgraceful actions by yourself and others. Whether TA has the money or not, who are you to go around trying to publically ruin the mans reputation?

Now they are saying his charity work and organisation is fraudulent. How low can these scummers go? Awful people.

It's getting very boring now. Some people with far too much time on their hands finding out small amounts of information then using it to make slanderous remarks. I'd hope that by now TA and others involved in reactiv & Heartbeat of Sport ect are discussing how to respond to the allegation with their legal teams.

The best thing to do is stop responding to these people. Let them spew bile. Buts too biting. Leave them too it.

Will they refuse to attend The Shay if it's owned by Reactiv? Or will they go along. Moan a bit. But ultimately be able to do nothing

No they won't refuse to to attend the Shay, they are so thick they will probably boycott all Towns games as a protest against Reactive ownership and attend all Fax games and support the opposition.

Weren't these well organised protestors from FCHT going to disrupt the televised Sheffield match at the Shay recently in their plight to sabotage Reactiv's proposed stadium purchase ?

Bit of a no-show that night wasn't it by them....

I don't know why folks keep going on the Town fans' forum/messageboards to see what they're saying, it really doesn't interest me one iota. If & when the sale goes through, we'll see how they respond then to that situation. Well done to Smiffy by the way for exposing the chief protagonist on here by name, if it's the correct person.
