Well there is something missing here and that is the amount some Town fans and Councilors seem to think the Shay is worth,the price goes up daily and they feel the Shay is being sold off too cheap and Councilors want back the £5 million they reckon they have put into the place since taking it back from the SST..Well I`m no commerce whizz kid but I can see this.. If I bought a building and decided to put a few million into it ,it would only be worth the same or a little more as the same looking building next door .Your house is not worth whatever you have put into it it`s worth what someones prepared to pay for it surely ?

It is worth more than the debt-ridden Rugby Club can afford. If the Rugby Club think they can get around that by trying to purchase it through a company registered in one of the directors names they will find themselves legally challenged.

The legal challenge should be quite entertaining.
