Completely agree. Summed it up yesterday in the 2nd half when Tyrer made a break, Rettie couldnt keep up with him so we bombed a chance to score. White would have been on his shoulder.

| I've been trying to think of wingers who may appeal to KH but I can't find any that weigh 18 stone. As to Reittie, and a few more, I was concerned when KH brought so many with him from Batley, and still am, that it was going to be a case of providing long term employment for his mates.

| Rettie is the Emile Heskey of rugby league, he works hard and coaches like him in their side but for supporters he has no end product.

I dont think he has the pace mate to go around them hence why he takes route 1. But he's just not effective. I struggle to see what he brings to the team personally.

| Rettie is a forwards dream.
He's big enough to act like another forward when coming away from our own line and he's very effective at it.
He just lacks that extra yard of pace to finish the half chances, but that's why we have Worrincy.
I am a fan of Rettie as his lack of pace is far our weighed by his enthusiasm and aggression

| Threequarters Paul White and James Haley, Fax’s longest serving player who as just completed his testimonial season, are both expected to join Keighley, along with prop Sean Hesketh.
Utility forward Josh Barlow was attracting interest from Swinton and Papua New Guinea veteran Makali Aizue has been linked with Batley and York.

Keighley confirmed the signings Whitey and Haley last night and Hesketh over the weekend I believe.
Be sad to see Aizue go actually.

| if i could pick any ossitives out of that shower of sh@t yesterday it would've been Waynes performance. i thought he went pretty well.
Sad to see Whitey and Aizue go, and James is obviously fax through and through - but wont get in next year.

| I spoke to James recently and he said he just wanted to play games, ideally at Fax, but if thats not the case then he would go elsewhere
Cannot fault the guy, 10 years at the club and people often forget that he's only 27, Good luck to him, I reckon he'll do a gibbo and play a stormer against us next season.
Hesketh i'm indifferent about, he's a good championship player, but maybe not a "top" one, Rhino made a number of signings and not all were going to work out.
Josh Barlow I think will leave, didn't he talk about it last year but rhino convinced him to stay another year, hes not had a lot of game time so it'll be upto him if he's offered a deal at fax what to do
Makali is the type of player you'd rather have in your team than on the opposition, he has become a bit of a cult figure and it'll be sad if he does leave.
Surprises me that Paul White will leave, there has been a lot of competition for the wing spots most of the season and Whitey, Worricey and Reittie did seem to rotate quite a bit at the start of the season.
What I am sure about though, that for each player who's leaving, Karl will already have someone in mind, or even signed to replace them!
