Brian once applied for the Chief Exec job at Fax , I do believe it was the time that he was pipped at the post by Nigel Wood . Wonder how our club would have fared if Brian had got the job.

Don't think it was that game but I remember when as second division champs , the following season we were granted a game against the touring aussies. Thrum hall on a Tuesday night before a packed crowd and we pushed them all the way . Think Rob Hutchinson got a try or two but , more than the score , it was a great occasion .
