I subscribed to premier sports the other day because I cant miss a Fax match If its on TV and Im working so I phoned them up and paid my brass.
Now Im not sure but it sounded like the guy i was talking to was in India. After i paid he said 'anything else.' i said yes your meant to ask me what sport and club do I want £10 to go to. He couldn't get this concept into his head and kept asking me if I needed any other services. Eventually (about 3 or 4 times explaining it) he said 'Oh you want to donated the £10 to...." so after sorting this out I phone the club to tell them what problem I had and had the club received any money from any other fans subscribing. The person I spoke to didn't seemed bothered and just said, you should have paid monthly. Any one else had a problem and why don't the club seemed bothered?

It's not that I don't seem bothered, it just seems a lot of money to pay out when the championship will only be on screen for about 8 months of the year To me you are better paying the £8.00 a month than for a whole year.
I didn't mean to give the impression that the club didn't bother it was just the cost.
Hi, I take it that it was yourself I spoke too. One reason I did subscribe for the year was that the club I love and support get some ( all be it small) financial reward for fans signing up. Why cant the club chase PS up or does the receive a lump sum later on. The club were very keen to promote PS as a way of getting a little extra income but of your not receiving any why bother?
Got my yearly subscription the day before Leigh and batley match. Took me a five min call and the guy, who sounded south African so it could have been bloemy i suppose, was very good. Kept me on the line for two more mins till the picture came on. Asked me where I wanted my tenner going and job was a good un.
Quality isn't great but I much prefer listening to Nobby commentating than some potato farmer, margin meter or forward momentum man if I'm being honest. Six or seven mins all in, it isn't too late for tonight if anyone isn't already getting set for rush hour down to meadowhall.
Perhaps it was just my 'customer service personel' either way I hope the money we pledge does get to the club however much it is. I'm sure there are clubs at the moment who need every penny they can muster !
