Are you going down on the Sunday or the Saturday like our party? If it's Saturday what time train are you on?

On the Saturday about 5:00pm we are off to McGlynns pub in King Cross at 1-5 Whidborne Street WC1H 8ET. It's a nice pub & the landlord is putting us some sarnies/snacks on & hoping to have footy on TV (yes I know I can't mention that on this site but hey ho). The pub is shutting at 7:30 for a private party at which time we will move on.

Any Fax (or RL) fans welcome to join our party of 16 for a drink and a natter.

Regretably going down mid morning, Sunday, will be at the pub, mentioned above by 12, and have to return by the 6.30 from Kings Cross.

Think we might be heading for The Lord Nelson just over the road from Wood Green Tube Station
which is just round the corner ('ish) from Skolars Ground on the Sunday. But I guess we could have an hour at McGlynns first.

Will consult the rest of the crew and let you know.

Just seen that Tottingham v Man U has been re-arranged for next Sunday at 16:00('ish) which could mean a) The Lord Nelson will be shut, b) The Lord Nelson will be crammed full of Footy fans, c) Tube trains will be packed, d) It will be busy all round the area before our proper match.

At least we'll be able to make an hasty retreat after the match on the Tube as footy won't finish 'till 6'ish.

The closest tube station to the Spurs ground is Tottenham Hale, so most of the fans will be around there, I guess there'll be a few around Wood Green though. Can't see them being to lively after yesterdays hammering.

Just looked at map again and we will be at the far end from Spurs ground, so pub maybe busier than first time we went, but possibly same as last time when Spurs were away but on TV in FA Cup - few of them watching but not too bad.

If it's known to be a quiet pub we might have to share it with Man U fans - "Rochdale - Fax Fan" will like that lol!!!!!

We shall just have to hit the pub earlier, we should be there for around 1pm, see you there.
Should be alright after the game as the Spurs v Man U game kicks off at 4.10pm when we should be finished around 4.35 or after Sunday maybe 4.42pm

While they will finish around 6pm - phew.
