She might have been writing down the name and number so somebody couldn't keep re-using the same card to get multiple tickets.
If the RFL Club Support Unit hadn't totally forgotten about Junior Season Tickets until they were asked (in October) when the booklets were due to be delivered, these problems could have been avoided. And then, if as suggested, they'd sent some guidelines out to clubs so that all club's junior season tickets had the same format, the problems could have been avoided again.
But no, they decided to do nothing until most clubs had already printed their junior season tickets/cards and then they asked clubs what format they'd used.
I know people tend to blame the RFL for anything and everything, but this really is their fault.
