Yer Pete is a really funny guy and a really cheeky and happy chappy, should work if he uses his talent in the right way.
My advise is be honest and stick to your promises, don't say things will get done and then they don't. Make all the players show more interest in their sponsors such as saying hello in the banqueting suite or wherever. Use the players more.

Just a small idea for next season that could raise some cash a a small amount of fun!

There seems to be a predcit the score thread each week, however there is no feedback or recorded measure of predictee's performance

Maybe a table could be put together for the accuracy of score predictions, say

10 points for a 100% accurat predictions
5 points for within 10 points
3 points with 15
2 points within 20
(or points awaded for how far out, the least points being top of leauge!)
2 points for the correct win prediction (or - 2 if having the least point table)
2 points for predicting MOM (or - 2 if having the least point table)

(All the above only ideas, would need sitting down and working out)

Entry could be charged out at say £3 quid for the season with the winner getting a signed shirt, or two VIP comp tickets to the last game of the season, or another prize of your choosing! proceeds to the Fax builder fund
