I thought the key today was our discipline. Would be interested to see how many penalties we gave away - I can't think of more than one. Plus ball retention was really good.

I think the last 5 mins can mostly be put down to our players running themselves into the ground in the second half. A great effort. Defence was also generally really good (for first 75mins) except for Dewsbury's try in the first half where they got through way too easily. However, I thought this was an extremely postive performance.

Hope a few of today's injuries are fit for Barrow. In particular, wouldn't like to have Aizue, Smith and Fairbank missing from the pack.

A far more encouraging performance, with nobody really having a bad game. We controlled the game throughout, and the players who missed out today should struggle to get back in the side..

Also, something which won't be mentioned often but I thought the referee was excellent, allowing the game to flow throughout and allowed quick taps etc aswell

well apart from the injuries and the three late tries sounds like it was a decent fax perfomance and a good game to be missed on my part, shame.

Yer that last few minutes took the gloss off what had been a decent performance against poor opposition to be fair, at least we looked like we wanted it today from the off but I am still surprised how bad they were and how on earth we let them score 24 points?
But there were signs we may be out of that bad rut we had got in, get a win next Sunday and we will be okay. We are a long way off the top 3 or 4 we have to accept that but 5th or 6th is within reach surely?
At last we played our most dangerous player for the full 80 minutes = Penky, I suppose all the injuries did not help us as we had no proper centres out there at the end of the game today, must agree that Haley and Patterson deserved to be dropped but we may need them back next week as you cannot play forwards or half backs at centre for the whole game they get caught out, like today!

Good performance but worryingly they scored just about each time they attacked in our half, luckily they didn't attack us much as we put good pressure on deep down the field and didn't let them have the usual easy yards we've been giving away. Ref was good. Not sure about subs, worked out OK with a half back on bench as Black got injured but no real centre cover but will take the points against a poor Rams team.

From what I hear there were no subs left due to injuries for the best part of the second half. So take that into account and after a hard easter period against probably the fittest team in the league some sloppiness in the last 5 minutes can be excused!!

NO sloppiness can be excused, 18 points in the last 5 minutes can and has cost us the game and the bonus point in the past.

Taking into consideration of all the circumstances I think on this occasion it can!! 2 games in the space of a few days and then having no subs for most of the second half is hard work!
