Jonnie go forth and multiply, we are entitled voice our opinion and i dont think anyone is saying Sack the coach yet, What most are saying is what has happened to cause this, We have had a full preseason, Warm weather training in spain, RAF cranwell to gel and team bond and then we start like this.

Do you honestly think were achieving our potential, do you honestly think MC is the best we can hope for. Hes had the best squad for some years now and hes managed one knock out play off win in a final, and never once got us top of the pile, or produced a side that plays with consistency and organisation, you keep dreaming pal, change your coffee from Colombian too, i have a theory its got other stuff in. We'l have to fall from our perch of crumbling sand before some people can see this though



Theres absolutely nothing wrong with opinion or wanting the best for our club, so live with it and accept one day Matt will be replaced and a lot of people will breath a huge sigh of relief.

Jesus. Do you think Leigh have achieved their potential? Apart from the promise of SL do you think Widnes fans would be happy with the last three years? We have achieved more than our potential over the last two years. Yes - things right now look bleak but if you think we're going to be riding at the top for infinity then it's you who's daydreaming. I'm not saying that fans shouldn't criticise but the quote above is ludicrous and at some point you need to condition yourself for lean times. If you can't handle that then i suggest you club hop. Castleford are doing well at the moment .........................

That dont count. I missed more at the Bradford away game where we got tanked and halpenny scored a length of field try while i was having a wee. Think i was still dripping trying to get back to pitch side quickly.

We have to be pleased with 2 Grand Final appearances after 20 odd years without winning anything.

I can't help but think how much better we could have been with a Karl Harrison or Darryl Powell in charge!!

Think of how much better we'd have been with Billy Slater and Sonny Bill Williams in the team???

We can go round in circles wondering. Fact is, we [size=200have[/size won a GF. Fact is, we're still a relatively small-resourced club when you think about our attendances and the part-time status of our back room staff. Bradford fans probably thought they were invincible too in the late 1990's. Now look at them.

It's not nice and it's frustrating. That's what sport is all about and there's only Man Utd fans who can truly sit back and get used to being at the top of the tree for twenty odd years. Everyone else just has to take the lows with the highs.

Back to the topic, i have my own opinion which i dont wish to express on here about what is going on at the club, but the facts are that we have achieved well and won much needed silverware which i was more than happy to celebrate, as well as thanking Matt personally for helping the club achieve it, but we cant deny that there are problems somewhere. Whether that results in new players or a new coach only the board and finances will dictate. The most important thing is that most posters on here want the best for the club, its just how this is to be achieved that we might disagree on.

Let's assume that the board loose patience with MC, and we have pots of money left under our cellery cap won't we have to pay up the contracts of those culled and where will we get the replacements from?
