my plan would be:
"let" catalans and toulouse return to the french league and we will send one of our clubs to play in their league cough cough how about crusaders?
we then still relegate wakey for widnes and put us in for crusaders - sorted.

I like how it mentions that they could expand the super League to 15 teams retaining all current 14 teams plus Widnes with no mention of Halifax.

But with 15 teams one would miss out on the "Magic Weekend", Forget to invite Catalan perhaps? or get Crusaders & Wildcats to play in a pre qualifying match
