I was disgusted with the Fav "fans" last night, they were at one point chanting "shall we start a fight for you".

This wasnt just from a few, it was the majority of them in the east stand, and all ages.

You should be appalled if your a "true" Fev fan.

Yes Bob, I agree. But it has gone on since I was her age - I'm 50 now, by every set of fans at every club - incl fax!! It happens! No-one has yet found a solution in that time.

Back to last night - all I can repeat is that barring the odd exception, everyone really enjoyed themselves!

Yer appreciate your offer but the real fans like you are not the problem, its the other 50% who are giving your club a bad name, they remind me of football fans full of aggression and nasty songs treating opposing fans like 'the enemy'.

The halifax fans were just as bad. We seem to have a new brain cell trust who started chanting "you can stick your f**king flat caps up your @rse". So some fax fans are just as bad.

Oh I agree Nat. But where I was sat I didnt hear that from the fax fans, but couldnt miss the one i mentioned as it was en-mass (obviously planned).

I am not naive and I do know that I cant shield my granddaughter from language, especially taking her to rugby matches (no doubt she'll hear more at school as well

), but it was the en-mass that made it stand out so much!!

When we went to Featherstone last year, we sat amongst their fans and whilst they were passionate and vocal, we didnt hear that co-ordinated nastyness, but then I guess we did pinch the title off them last season

Ultimately it was just banter, no doubt Fax will have something prepared for the return league fixture hopefully something more than 'oh hali hali hali hali hali halifax' every now and again

Think we should be glad and applauded that banter was the worst thing that happened last night

I have to admitt I saw quite a lot of Fev fans at the top of their section usuing the 'come on then' gesture throughout the game.

However!

I was in the middle of the South Stand and could not see towards the back, so I can judge what our fans were doing...

What Fev need is a football club to attract all the morons who are just there to start trouble
