While the problems aren't IMO an effect of the Franchise system , what it has done is polarized those problems because instead of a chance to rebuild and return with clear targets , they and we know the odds on them getting back up to SL are very slim
Yes we should all run a perfect business , but this is sport , so it's nothing to do with business
