not reaching the financial target would have been enough for them to have turned you down,do you not think?
do you remember in 08/09 when the widnes chairman waved that £1 million pound cheque under the noses of the RFL,well that was the moment all the other clubs new they wern't going anywhere for the forseeable future,its probably why your club and mine never really bothered with youth teams.
