Only temporary and mainly due to there not being enough toilets per head.

Wouldn't it be easier to fix comodes in the North stand and kill two birds with one stone like ?

yes, were the toilets for there to be in the new main stand though. if so why were they not put in. seems odd that to cutback on toilets in new stand closes another.
