None of this is surprising. It's always been minging going to leigh. Coin throwing last season and some knob who resembled butterbean 'offering' people out. Racism this season. Lovely. It would be interesting to hear matty blythe's thoughts on leigh's forward thinking supporters.

And I don't want to hear the usual Bovine excrement that usually accompanies such incidents and filth about minorities, every club has them. its a tired and feeble excuse to hind behind.

Anyone reading this thread who thinks we RL fans have anything to do with moronic racist abuse and would not confront such idiots is wrong. I am not deaf and I certainly would. That is despite the fact that I am not Richard the Lionheart' infact I would tell them how obnoxious they are.

We are or must be talking about 10 or 20 idiots max because it does not happen near me and it will never happen near me because I would do something about it however drunk big smelly ultra white or off pink the idiots might be.

Oh and when I am on public transport and someone is listening to tinny pop music on their mobile phone without using headphones or dropping litter in the street I tell them. I am 5 foot 7 with a very winning way remarkable good looks and 155 pounds.

The club that gave the world Des Drummond do not accept these low life, we identified some when in SL and banned them hopefully we can do the same with these.
Please help us take em out, give the club descriptions etc.

See 2nd link (2674 jpg) Where copyright is shown on the photo. The offenders are as follows.

1. If you look at the top arch of the C (part of superimposed Copyright) the guy in the black jacket, short hair (receding) with hands clasped leaning on barrier and 2. guy in red shirt with stocky build to left of him with left hand in air (goaty beard) -This was main offender for continual racist language 3. guy stood on steps on other side of no 1. with black cap with white stripe and black jacket. These were the consistent offenders. They were spoken to around half time by the steward and warned about racist language. I turned around at this time and appealed to the steward that they should be ejected. The steward failed to remove them and they continued to racially abuse Halifax players and attempted to intimidate the Halifax fans around them. The steward in the control box at top central was aware of the problem but failed to act and just shrugged his shoulders. At the final whistle this group identified above were joined by some younger trouble causers and spat on the halifax fans in front. This should be clearly identifiable on the cctv at the ground. I've phoned Halifax RLFC this morning and lodged a formal complaint and also phoned Leigh Sports Village and was supposed to be called back by their Health and Safety rep. (no call received to press) I urge any other fans who can give a positive ID and witnessed this behaviour to come forward. (note you can zoom in on the photobucket link)
