Admiittedly though, if we hadn't played an illegal prop against Swinton we wouldn't have scraped a win the way we did. Worth 50 odd points to any team is Michael Ostick and it looks like he will be in the Fax team against the Cougars so you had better just hope that the "Cheetahs" don't become the "Panthers" and score like they did against Gateshead.

You're definitely favourites but at the Shay, although you deserved the win, I thought the scoreline flattered you a little.

Since the massacre at Featherstone we've reshuffled our 3/4 line and look a lot stronger in both attack and defence now.

Won't disagree with it, but we were outstandingly terrible that night.

We are off on the worth valley Railway before the game for real ale in the Buffet car and a pub crawl round Haworth

Plenty of decent pubs in Haworth.

Shame they charge tourist prices nowadays. I've always found it best to head to the top of the village by the parsonage first and work your way back down Main St and make sure you leave plenty of time to go to The Fleece.

I agree the shay scoreline flattered us,you're no 7 was the best on the park that day for sure and we never really impressed.
I think we've also come on a bit since the massacre at Featherstone though.therefore my prediction is Cougars 16 Fax 50........

I reckon Fax'll win, hope we AT LEAST get a bonus point though. Decent live band on after the match, should be worth hanging about for.
