I am appalled and embarassed, the right thing to do is kick us out of the comp, whether this happened to Hull or not, it is the right thing, and for us to look at how many more mistakes our coaching team must make before they seek other employment....

What does Martin Hall do as Director of rugby ?? Direct the players to the rugby pitch !!

If I remember correctly Ostick wasn't a fully contracted player to Rochdale...maybe a glimmer of hope? He was on a game-to-game contract.

As Director of Rugby, Martin Hall should know the ins and outs of signing players and details within contracts. He should also know the rules inside out, and then ask Michael if he has played in the CC this season. Does Hall even have a copy of the regulations?

A very small portion of the blame sholus sit with Michael, but he cannot be expected to know all the fine details of player regestration etc. Martin Hall should know every single detail and rule!!!

Martin Hall must spend quite a lot of time defending his buddy and reminding people he played for Wigan and coached Wales.

If his job is to allow Matt to get on with the coaching side of things he has failed monumentally, and for goodness sake even a pub dominoes team would know what cup tied means..
If we get booted out now, which could well happen the money to get rid of those 2 will be insignificant compared to lost revenue and damage to reputation.

They should kick us out of the competition. We have cheated.

IMO - nothing to do with Calland, but the directors of the clubs responsibility. They employed him, sorted contracts, and are supposed to know the ins and outs of the RFL legislation.

A very very sad day for the fans of the club.

I have no sympathy for any of the directors, it's your mess, sort it and walk. Take Ostick with you too.
