Tuesdays football at the Shay is postponed so it looks like our game against Leigh will be the first time the East stand is used. Town fans will be peeved (even more so when they learn that we now actually pay less rent for the Shay than they do under our new terms) Ahh Well

I heard today, from somebody who works closely with the New Caterers for the East Stand, that they were told yesterday that the facilities will not be available until 2011!

I wonder if food is going to be delivered to the Stand from outside. It's been done before.

Kitchen's looked to be in place when we were been shown around the stand on saturday.

That's what I couldn't understand Brew, but this guy knows the Caterers very well. I wonder if it's to do with the kitchens in the commoners areas.

Oh, and he's a Footy fan, so he does have an interest in the Stadium, so it wasn't just a passing comment.

I was told that the main kitchens only needed some shelves putting up, which shouldn't mean they can't cook in them.

They managed to cater for hospitality on Tuesday.

Basil Fawlty has said the kitchens aren't as big as would be ideal, but that they could still manage to cater for full capacity.
