The problem is that we are voting for the best players for a position. Gibbo did a fine job at filling many positions but most of his games were at Fullback or Wing for us so im not even sure why hes in this poll, as good as he was for us someone like Stuart Donlan was much better and even got rep honours while playing for us at centre. James Haley is another example, hes probably played more games for us a centre than wing but people have voted him in the team on the wing. Only problem with the poll at the top of the page is that it is open to sabatage. One or two of the positions like scrum half and hooker will be easy to pick but picking second rows and loose forwards there will be a lot of choice. You could also do a bit for the subs where theres a best of the rest poll, maybe theres a place for good team players there.

good idea for the subs bench, will be a best of the rest. All the players that just miss out on selection for a set position and the many utility players that were not just good in one position.

Well if your going to have a true poll for centre of the decade you cannot include Florimo as he played ZERO games for Fax in this period.
