what about getting all the names of the 2010 season ticket holders and printing them on the 2010 Hx shirt.

Some football club has done this, boosted shirt and season ticket sales apparently!

No. If we don't have one, we just won't get a criteria point. I imagine though that the RFL will add weight to any particular shortcoming when they explain why they haven't given a club a licence.
