Like, I suspect, most people on here I have a high opinion of Mick as a player. I fully understand the clubs' reasons for releasing him but the nice thing is the good grace and maturity displayed in his comments. Good luck Mick

I still think we should have kept him, just as a squad player, but he is too good for that so I hope has a great run of games next year.

Would still rather him be in a Fax shirt and will give him a great reception when he comes down the Shay or up at the Rec.

Said it before we wish Mick all the best to him apart from the games against us next season, we never saw the best of him with all his injuries, hopefully he will be over them now. all the best Mick, no hard feelings from us.
