We might be operating well within the salary cap because we don't have the finances to operate near the limit, therefore not have the funds to pay Calland out. The only way we might be able to pay him out is if we win the granf final and 100k, wouldn't that be ironic?!
We've surely got to give Calland the remainder of this season, whether that be 1 or 2 games. I know a lot of people are fruastrated but I can't see getting rid of Calland before Thursday night will help. It would leave us with Bally etc leading the team, not got anything against any of the coaches but it's not the time to change IMO.
If Calland is gone for next season who would people want to bring in? |

after reading everything on here.
i have to say if were not careful then we will start slipping into routines in other sports.
am sorry mr manager you have nit won in 5 matches its time for you to be sacked. you have taken us to the highest league position since dropping into this division but its just not on.
its already pathetic enough in football that people get the sack after 2 or 3 months.
yes i can see that we could have finished higher and probably should.
yes Calland might have bad team selection sometimes. his comments might always be the same.
what do you want him to do though. you cant see what happens on the training ground and what he tells the players in them. if a team is playing with absolutely no confidence what do you really want him to say. what could you say to the players that have no confidence at the minute. there isnt a lot you can say.
we need to stick with Calland and think about all the good things and all the positive steps we have taken this year on and off the pitch and go down the shay next week in our thousands and support the lads to the end.
