I suppose if both clubs benefit from it then its a positive...my only concern for Whitehaven is that does this impact on their long term objectives of getting into Super Dooper land, as surely Leeds would be looking to pinch all their junior talent etc.

Leeds do this every so often don't they?

A few years ago it was with York..when half their coaching staff switched there.

Well obviously leeds want to poach young talent and whitehaven want to get some people off leeds' books on loan.

Here are the rules on loans:

LOANS (TEMPORARY TRANSFERS) LIMIT ON NUMBERS
C1:2:16 No Club shall at any one time have:

(a) more than 3 Players on loan from any other single Club; or

(b) more than 4 Players on loan in total (irrespective of which Club they are registered with).

If any Club shall infringe this Operational Rule, it shall be guilty of misconduct.
