It's not just about 20 minutes spells, it's also about what happens in training four times a week. And didn't he have a full half against Hunslet, plus at least 30 mins against Keighley? Also, I have it on good authority that Leeds didn't call him back, it was agreed between Fax, Gareth and his agent that he should go back before Leeds even knew anything about it. Can't believe this is still rumbling on TBH, think all concerned need to move on. Hope Gareth develops into a top player, but at the moment he's just another academy player looking for his big break.

Poppa you know absoloutly zip, thats whats called papering over the cracks mate, i know I have been at the club a long long time. do you think fax would announce Leeds recall Player ? no because then all you would be wondering, and wanting explanations ? and This way it all gets swept away, the player gets wrongly slaughtered and everyone moves on.
Its funny that the press in Leeds ran a different version from Leeds Rhinos take on the story, but they have no reason to fabricate it.
it went something like....."After a meeting with the player, it was decided that he returned to headingley with immediate effect, and the club informed halifax of this today, and the player will be back in training here on Tuesday"
