You can't really argue against any of that and RM does need to learn from this season's mistakes but....where would we find anyone better than him at the moment? Like the team, the coaching staff don't need chopping and changing, stability and togetherness is called for at this time so let's all get behind the lads for the rest of this season and look forward to a big improvement next year. Far from it, in the last 6-7 years this is the most ticked off I have been. I expected to build from last year, starting as we meant to go on. I don't feel we have done a thing other than put together a reserve side who seem to play hull every other week. We should have signed quality over quantity and dual registered with a decent SL club as back up ( even though I hate DR ) top 4 was a must as a fan. Backwards we will go again and then have to build the fans back up again. What's Matt Calland doing ?. Couldn't he come and help with some attacking flair coaching ?.
RM hasn't been able to all season.

Now that the decision to keep RM for longer has been taken I expect a clear out or a fair turn over of players.

If a team goes backwards and the coach is thought not to be the cause then they must think it's the players, or at least some of them who haven't produced the goods.
