Works more often than not. Kicking it deep is a kick to a team that is set up ready for a set of six that they work on all the time. From a short kick off even if we dont get possession the opponents team is scattered all over the field, the 2 props have to rush 40 yars to get in position to take a drive, it unsettles the team as disrupts their set of 6. Our defence is up in a line ready to smash them. One of the best tactics Calland has brought in I feel.
