Not sure if anyone will be able to help, but thought I'd ask the question anyway.
I recently updated the software on my ipod shuffle after connecting to itunes, but now when I want to adjust the volume, the top end is just really quiet. Went to the gym the morning and could still hear the crappy dance music they have playing in there and couldn't get my volume up to drown it out.
How can I get it changed back so that I can have some decent volume from it???
