AS only a casual observer of the ermmm 'Northern Rugby' most of the names have always struck me as bringing a bit of the american razzamataz to the sport
As to the names heard so far, I really don't see how they link with Northampton
The idea of 'Revolution' with a vague nod to having ermmm Silverstone on the door step is random (unless looking for some free days out) and as for 'Rebels' being american.... Already got 'New England
Revolution' in the yankee soccer league
Rebels or even Roundheads has a nod to a part of northamptons history.
Although if want something to sum up the town today, maybe 'Northampton fighting (But slightly depressing in a cage) Peacocks'
