| Quote: A unknown superstar "Quick question folks.
I got a docking station for my Iphone 4s for christmas for my bedside cabinet as I wanted something to charge my phone because the mains are at the other side of the room.
I was wondering if I left the phone on charge throughout the night and once it's fully charged. Leaving it plugged in will it damage my battery, like it does when leaving a laptop plugged in all the time?'"
Guess no one knows then?

33718_1325770967.jpg Games as big as Grand Finals define individuals and clubs. Remember, we only rent these journeys. In my time I had Pat Richard's shirt. Ellery Hanley had Sean O'Loughlin's jersey. Sam Tomkins is wearing Radders' number one jersey. Andy Coley is wearing Shaun Wayne's jersey. You have to make a mark in these shirts before you hand it down to someone else. Hand it back. So be aware for 80 minutes that you are not only playing, but you are also writing history and creating legacy. How many people actually write history - not many? A big stage demands big players…..INSPIRE YOUR TEAM MATES.

Its not the phone of the year for nothing. Absolutely brilliant, commonly known as the iphone beater.

| I think we will soon see a medical condition officially recognised amongst users of iPhones. I went to the Youth Voice performance at the M.E.N Arena tonight. Despite a brilliant show, both visually and in terms of sounds, the women in front of us sat on their iPhones throughout it. They were like zombies, unlocking their stupid iPhones, both choosing 1234 as their unlock codes. They would then click into messages, scroll up and down, go into a message stream, go back out, go into the Facebook app, scroll down, scroll up, exit app. They would then go into the gallery, scroll through photos, pinch zoom on an irrelevant picture, like zooming in a dogs face, then exit the gallery and scroll through the icon screens. Hundreds and hundreds of swipes, clicks and pinches later they did nothing at all of use. It was a habit thing, 20 seconds was all they could manage without 1234 swipe, swipe, messages, exit, swipe, swipe, Facebook, scoll, exit, lock. They did the same things over and over, literally hundreds of times.
I'm pretty sure that if they had to go without said phones for a day they would suffer restlessness and twitch like they were deranged.
If you are a stupid iPhone user, put it down, don't unlock, don't end up hugging your knees and rocking in an iphone rehab centre in 12 months because you're incapable of coping with uselessly unlocking, swiping and exiting.

Or you could stop watching people playing on their phones, you weirdo.

I had no choice, they hadn't figured out how to dim the screen so for most of the show they were shining in my face like torches.

| I'm sure this has been mentioned previously but I can't be bothered trailing through 92 pages.
I'm due to upgrade my phone in a week and I'm trying to decide between a Blackberry or Iphone.
I've had a Blackberry for just under 2 years now and it's come in handy for emails and blackberry messenger but I'm thinking of getting an iphone for better apps and a decent camera.
Anyone got an opinion?

you're just following the crowd, only mugs get iPhones. Galaxy SII is sooooo much better etc etc etc
Really though, iPhone is excellent, if you can afford it, or get a decent tarriff I don't think there's anything better out there. I've had iPhone for last few years and can't complain at all. The camera on the new one is excellent and iOS5 is superb.
Between a BB and iPhone? iPhone all the way.
Maybe worth having a look at the inferior Android offerings in a shop though to get a feel for it

My wife has an iPhone and I have the Galaxy SII. We both prefer the Samsung, but my wife is still more than happy with her iPhone. I don't think there's any right or wrong answer, but I would definitely advise you to see both working before you commit to a purchase/contract. I think the screen on the SII is much better than on the iPhone. As for a Blackberry, I can't understand why anyone would have one over a decent smartphone.

| Having owned both the iPhone 4 and the Samsung Galaxy SII, my opinion would be that I prefer the Galaxy.

I think outside of business users, BBM was pretty much the only thing that people would buy a Blackberry for. Now with apps like WhatsApp offering the same service, a lot of the people I know who did have one have changed to an iPhone/ Galaxy S2/HTC instead.

| Basically me and my girlfriend have the same phone (HTC Sensation), on the same network, all the same. Basically, her phone has a better signal on both internet and WiFi, which was clear out of the box. Wondered if anyone could say why/if I'll be entitled to a replacement/repair.
EDIT: I also received a text from Vodafone instructing me I had 3 months unlimited data, however I have since received a text saying I'm near my limit and will be charged £5 per 250MB.

| Most networks have "fair usage" policy. Which basically means what they mean by "unlimited" means limited..!
