| I played the demo of ME3 but all the talk about species of aliens, planets, spaceships, this and that gave me a headache so deleted it, sounded too much hard work to catch up on the series. the graphics were quality though but played better games!

Can anyone recommend anybody to fix it and any idea on a price?
Thanks.'"
I'd try Microsoft themselves first, I've nothing but praise for their customer services.
I got a free repair on my console after my two year old yanked and twisted the disk tray; I was in warranty, but I didn't think for a minute that accidental damage would be covered.
If they consider the overheating a known fault, you may just get a free fix too. Worth a quick log on to the xbox website, they'll tell you via live chat whether you're covered.

| Even if you are not covered, they are often very cheap to repair through MS anyway. Always worth ringing them.

| The little lads getting an increasing interest in playing on the xbox. Just wondering if people can recommend easy to play kids xbox/xbox 360 games, at a reasonable price (eg I'm not paying £15-20 for Cars for him not to play it).
I understand a Wii would be better, but wondered if anyone had suggestions.

| Just playing fifa street, Quite enjoyable so far, and a few different game types to keep in a bit more interesting. Still unsure as to whether its worth 40 quid though.

| Any 360 owners played Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet? I really liked the look of it last year when it came out, it's won a few awards I think and was released on PC yesterday so will probably pick it up.

I rented it and realised I pretty much have what I'd want just in the demo.

Pretty much sums it up. This could easily have been a downloadable extra to fifa 12.

| So Trials Evolution came out and I lost my life. Brilliant game, so pretty as well, no more dull boring warehouse backgrounds.

Toy Story 3 is an excellent game. It's a quality game in it's own right, but for a young kid it's great. It's an open sandbox game where they can just wander round doing stuff without any consequences of dying or failing tasks, so they aren't ever going to get 'stuck' on one level. It will get them used to using the sticks to control the character and you should be able to find this for £10-£15 now.
The Cars games are all okay for kids, but being driving games aren't the easiest concept to pick up.
All the Lego games are fantastic. We have Star Wars, Batman, Pirates and Harry Potter and all of them have been hammered. These games are good for young kids as you can just die over and over again and just come back to life.
If you have Kinect, Once Upon a Monster and Kinectimals are both great.

I got Toy Story 3 and Sonic Generations for my lad, not played on Toy Story yet but thought I'd have a go on Sonic. The controls really are frustrating. Alot of the levels are set up where you have to make the perfect jump and do everything right at 100 miles an hour and can be a right pain in the . Quite a difficult game. And cos you can swap between the old Sonic and new Sonic it can be frustrating trying to remember which button does what. A very frustrating game but my lad seems to like it, probably all the flashy colours!

My eldest has just gone 5. He enjoys all the Lego games, Rango, Trails HD/Evolution. We are currently both playing Disney Universe
Some games he enjoyed watching me play - Toy Story 3, Cars II.
Get yourself a trial of Lovefilm and it'll save you a fortune over a year! (I can send you an introduction for a month free but you should be able 3 months if you look hard enough.
