RAM is soldered to the systemboard and you have to strip the thing down to get at the hard drive or battery.

| Looking at the specs of it...why do they list the graphics from the Ivybridge CPU as well as the Nvidia dedicated graphics? As long as the Nvidia GPU is installed there is really no reason at all to use the on board Intel graphics.

Doesn't the Ivybridge CPU do some of the GPU processing on board before passing it to the chipset?

| What's the best way to quickly learn how to use pivot tables?
Currently use Excel 2010 but not much with pivots, but have a test next week on Excel 2003 and they will be part of the test!!! :/

there are some fairly good online tutorials on the Microsoft Website iirc, will see if I can dig them up.
is the test on 2003 as the menu's are different (and a lot easier imho) for Pivot Table in the older versions.

[url=http://www.homeandlearn.co.uk/me/mes9p5.htmlThis is pretty good too[/url

Cheers, appreciate that.
Yeah, it's on 2003, which I have used before but not to create pivot tables. Have done a few in 2010 about 12 months ago, but as you say, the menus are quite different aren't they, which is one of my main concerns about doing them...

the second one is more straight forward, they are fairly easy when you know how they work, what level test/exam is it, you might need V/Hlookup as well which some people come a cropper on.

| My firefox is struggling with Google. It won't find any pages on it. I've checked my firewall and it's not listed as a blocked site.
Also, I can't access my Virgin email.
Any ideas?

Back up your bookmarks, uninstall Firefox completely removing any profiles, reboot, download a fresh copy and install.
That should get you up and running.
