I thought it was all done to be honest. Back in February, Durham police said there was no case to take any action. There are 4 words which explain the current interest in the story: Daily Mail non-domiciled owner.

Yup it's quite desperate now isn't it. The Mail have led with this made up story something like six times out of the last seven editions and the gullible moron segment of their readership seem to be believing it. Just a couple of weeks after their front page decrying the Johnson series of parties as a waste of time distraction.

Simple question to you if you can give an answer without the ignorant and unnecessary abuse, nobody on here has labelled you a gullible moron for supporting that Davey bloke and his bunch of misfits, so why do you persist with the playground stuff against people who don't share your beliefs?, no rush with your reply squire

Really ??

Yes but if that Starmer bloke gets found guilty, all the excuses will pour out on here.'"
It's all a bit desperate.
A drink in a constituency office in not quite the same as the weekly parties at no 10, especially remembering the levels of restrictions that were in place at the time,
There is plenty more to come in "Partygate" and hopefully this, along with some poor local election results, will see the Tory Party grow a pair and get rid of Bojo.
Mind you, he's already purged the Tory Party of most of the "decent" candidates to "get Brexit done" and it looks like Jeremy Hunt may be the only candidate left who hasn't been "damaged" and he wasn't exactly popular last time he was in the Cabinet.

If people believe these Daily Mail stories then I'm afraid they are gullible morons. The Mail stories are so transparent and paper thin that it doesn't stack up to anyone who has an ability for critical thought.
I certainly haven't accused anyone on here of being a moron though - because I'm sure there aren't people here who actually believe the Mail stories.

| I wonder what the front page stories in the Mail and Sun will be on Friday and beyond. I would hazard a guess it won’t be about Keir Starmer and the beer and curry. If it was such a big story why haven’t other papers led on this for the last week because it is just propaganda put out by the de Pfeffel press to try to swing the votes on Thursday.
It is so obvious I doubt other than the most desperate will not see through it.

No you haven't accused anybody on here of actually been a moron but you've tried unsuccessfully to imply that, because somebody has a different opinion to yours does not make him a moron but once again your defence mechanism springs into action with the insults.
The Daily Mail stories might be paper thin and transparent and don't stack up, I for one don't know nor care, but it all seems one sided on here, if you don't agree with what's been put or if you ask for an explanation as to why you say things, straight away the shutters are down and it's back to the playground bullying and branded a Tory lover.

| There are occasions when there is only one side which in this case is obvious because of the timing and the papers involved. If it was so clear cut an offence why would the Express not lead on this story and they employed de Pfeffel.

| The whataboutery is never going to end with this lot
In times of crisis for the Party and the Leader anything, no matter how spurious, needs to be deployed in their efforts to distract and dissemble.

Not often but, it's certainly happened several times over the years.
Mind you, If you are suggesting that it shouldn't happen or that someone was breaking the rules, how many fines should Bojo have received.
There is his Birthday, Downing Strest quiz night and the Garden Party where drink was in evidence, all during "full lockdown" all involving Bojo, where people were supposed to be working from home and not mixing ?
If Starmer has broken the rules he should be dealt with accordingly

Why the comparison? If KS has committed an individual breach then he should be investigated by the Police no matter what is happening to BJ.

Do try and keep up WQ, I did say that if he has done wrong, he should be dealt with accordingly.
He and Boris would make great cell mates !
