Never were, but keep your pointless socialist drum banging, it is funny. Socialism has NEVER achieved anything other than debt.
Old people make me laugh, sympathy is all I can offer.

What are your thoughts on The Good Friday Agreement ?
Is Ireland a better/safer place after doing a deal with The IRA or should it have been left as it was, with Unionists and Republicans killing each other on a very regular basis.
Eventually, there has to be some dialogue between opposing sides, including those who may have been involved in terrorist activities.
Most of the time you dont hear what may be going on but, to believe that there isn't contact is just naïve.
Sometimes though, it's easier and more palatable to pretend that it isn't happening.

Ireland is a UK issue, the talsk were transparent, a bit different to anti semitist involvement in overseas politics.

They are all instruments of a state that has been badly managed, all are extremely overly expensive now. Why should people get a state pension, or holidays with pay, or sick pay, you can buy private policies for all of these things. You want a weekend off, crack on, but don't expect yor employer to recompense you for it. Social Services are full of rubbish civil servants. Minimum wage is garbage, if you want the job at the wage advertised then take it, otherwise, tough. LIFE IS NOT EQUAL.
THIS country needs to grow a pair and stop being so liberal.

| Well, finally, it looks like she's going.
Graham Brady has finally signalled the beginning of the end for the useless wind bag, Mrs May.
Having promised so much on equality and looking after the "JAMS", she's delivered so very little for anyone and on her one big policy, Brexit, she (admittedly not helped by those from within her own party) has spectacularly failed.
Ironically, we may well end up with a much "harder" Brexit, unless there is a General Election, although the outcome of that could be mighty interesting.
Apparently, the only leader less popular than may is, Mr Jeremy Corbyn, who has lower approval ratings from within his own party than Mrs May.

| Good to see terrorist Corbyn cosying up to Hamas, the man should be on trial for inciting racial hatred.

And Teresa May, so short on allies in Parliament, has the DUP in bed with her, what's your point.
She has also "bottled" bringing her deal back to Parliament through fear of further ridicule and her party are desperately trying to change the rule so they can get rid.

Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson is the current favourite to succeed her.

We're into a whole different subject there, allowing "the market" to dictate the "success" of industry, without having fundamental manufacturing or power generators "protected".
It would leave us extremely vulnerable if ever there were a real crisis.
As for May, the thread title says it all.
Just what are her achievements as premier of the UK - absolutely NONE
Plus, some of here "handy work" whilst home secretary is still coming to light.
And the silver lining is Boris fecking Jonstone
Form one wind bag to the class clown, unless Gove stabs him between the shoulder blades, again.

| The final days of her premiership dribble away like the closing spasms of a particularly rancid turd - and we're faced with a longlist of ba$tards ready to take over; who range from the dim, through the moderately malignant, to the downright evil. Another Tory tw@ picking up the top job, without any form of public vote.
It's time for a GE - and afterwards, in a final act, Ken Clarke should take the Tory Party into the back yard and shoot it in the head, like a mangy old dog that can no longer control its bowels.
