It is if you listen to the Tories and their apologists.

Like Grant Shaps suggesting that travel has improved due to Brexit, apart from the fact that its getting more chaotic by the day.

| I believe it was Penny Mordaunt who during the Brexit referendum suggested that if we stayed in we would be overrun by people from Turkey. The problem is that we had a veto which would have stopped Turkey joining anyway.
I think this makes her ideal to follow the traditions of all that de Pfeffel represented.

There seems little to choose between any of them.
More of the same but, hopefully, without quite so many lies ?
They are all tainted by their support for BJ and NONE of them have suggested any solution as to how ordinary people will be able to heat their homes this winter - I realise they are only trying to reach the Tory membership at this point but, the couldn't give a flying one for Joe Public.

And you wonder why Labour will never win an election

| You have to love that both Sunak and Truss accept no responsibility for the last 12 years and seem surprised that the UK is in serious trouble, with roaring inflation, an energy crisis etc, which is causing wage demands to increase etc.
Both want to suggest that they are "new" and not complicit in what everyone is going through.
Right now there is very little that is "well" and their former boss remained in denial, right up to his shambolic exit from Parliament.
The energy crisis is THE big issue of the moment, followed by the situation in Ukraine and neither has a plan to deal with the energy crisis.

New leader, new party and new start just like when de Pfeffel took over. It worked once but not again, I note your MP was crying when PMQ,s ended, she’s heading for a fight with Nadine over who loves him the most.

There are 2 "stand out" candidates for PM, one who gave BJ 10/10 and one who looks so far out of her depth that she is going to need a lifebelt if it rains.
Both seem to have forgotten that they have been part of our shambolic government and both want us to "trust" them.
Well, luckily for one of them, we have no choice

| It has to be truss for me. She the only one able to take tough enough to the french and germans and northern ireland protocol. Sunak would most probably tell french and germans its ok they keep these customs tariffs on are goods!
You all laughed at Liz when she was in china selling british pork. But at least she was doing something to help make britain great britain again. What was Sunak doing? Paying the lay abouts furlough money to stay home and plotting against boris!

I don’t really care who wins but those receiving the furlough payments were actually in employment. It was through no fault of theirs that the businesses they worked in were closed by the government.
